You work so hard on yourself. If all you have energy to do today is show up as yourself - that is more than enough. Your presence is a gift to those around you.
You are allowed to simply…..be. Be the wonderful human you are.
I know that you are constantly striving for better, for another item checked off the to-do list, another goal added to the vision board - this is what makes you so successful. But remind yourself that you are not your productivity and that you are beautiful and special as a work in progress with all your imperfections and incomplete goals.
Today allow yourself to show up and just be. Nothing more. Nothing less.
